Important Note: Road construction is happening right outside of GVSU
The Fulton St Bridge is currently undergoing renovation and so Fulton St is closed immediately east of the GVSU campus. The posted detours will bring you to the right place without too much trouble. We also recommend parking in the GVSU Fulton St lot, which you can access via the Pearl/Lk Michigan Drive detour as well as from Fulton St.

Saturday, August 16th
Sunday, August 16th, 10am-4pm
Join us for Contributor Day! From 10am–4pm we’ll be contributing to WordPress at The Factory, a co-working space in downtown GR. We encourage you to join us and contribute no matter your skill level! There will be space for developers to contribute to WordPress Core, expert users to contribute towards documentation efforts, and anyone who is willing to help answer as many questions as they can in the WordPress.org support forum. If you have no prior experience working in any of these areas, we will show you how to contribute.
If none of the above things sound right for you, we encourage you to join us anyway and use this time as a study hall to work on your own site. This is a great opportunity for you to immediately put to use the knowledge you gained on Saturday.
Please note: this is not the space for you to come and ask for help — we’ll have a Happiness Bar on Saturday just for that — instead, this is an opportunity for you to come and offer help in some capacity (chances are you will have learned at least one neat tip on Saturday that will help you answer someone else’s question in the WordPress.org support forum, at the very least).
